Stainless steel sintered felt is made from metal fibers with diameters at the micron level using non-woven technology. Its pore structure features a gradient pore characteristic, which allows for extremely high filtration efficiency and greater dirt holding capacity. Compared to multi-layer sintered mesh, sintered felt overcomes the issues of easy clogging and high back pressure. Compared to powder metallurgy filter materials, it addresses the shortcomings of fragility and low flow rate. Compared to filter paper and polymer filter materials, it solves the problems of intolerance to high temperatures and pressure. Therefore, metal fiber sintered felt can be used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments, making it an ideal high-precision filtration material.

Ferrochrome aluminum sintered felt is made by stacking ferrochrome aluminum fibers and sintering them at high temperatures. Ferrochrome aluminum fibers possess excellent heat resistance and superior oxidation resistance, making the sintered felt capable of withstanding high temperatures and operating continuously at up to 1100℃. It is primarily used for filtration in high-temperature environments, such as high-temperature gas dust removal, metallurgy, electric vehicles, and automotive exhaust filtration industries. Ferrochrome aluminum fibers can also be made into a sintered carrier with good air permeability, large surface area, and loose structure, which is used in the combustion of combustible gases, ovens, and other specialized fields.
Stainless steel sintered mesh is a widely used standard five-layer structure sintered mesh. It is made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire in different structures, then undergoing sintering, pressing, and other processes to create a porous sintered material.
