Resin mix and fiberglass reinforcements (roving, woven roving or mat) are put into mold layer by layer, completely impregnated with air bubble removed, laminated to designed thickness and cured.
Chopped Strand Mat is made of chopped fiber in specified length, randomly & evenly distributed on conveyor, bonded together by polyester powder or emulsion binder and cut into certain widths and lengths after heat forming. It is mainly applicable for hand lay-up process.

Reinforcements (fiberglass, core materials etc., distinct from Vacuum Bagging) are laid onto the mold, then covered with the vacuum bag and tightly sealed, air is extracted completely from inside to create a vacuum enviment, where resin is driven through designed routes into & uniformly impregnate the reinforcement layers, to form the laminate products after curing and the vacuum bag removal.
Impregnated reinforcements are laid and tightly sealed in between the mold and vacuum bag, then vacuum pumping is applied to remove the air and extra resin inside the reinforcements, to form more consolidated laminate products with higher mechanical properties. Vacuum Bagging is used for hand lay-up, spray up. prepreg (preforming) processes, etc., and can be applied with oven, autoclave, etc.
