Continuous Panel Molding

• Resin mix is applied to a base film moving at constant speed and flattened to ensure uniform thickness, chopped fiber in specified length is distributed evenly onto the resin matrix (or fiberglass mat impregnated with resin mix), covered with a top film and moved into the curing oven.

It is compatible with UP and VE resins and is widely used to produce transparent, translucent panels and corrugated sheets.
