  The full name of Poly Lactic Acid (PLA) is a new type of biodegradable material, which uses renewable plant resources (such as corn) to produce starch raw materials. Through the fermentation process, lactic acid is made, and then it is chemically synthesized into polylactic acid. It has good biodegradability, and can be completely biodegraded into carbon dioxide and water after use, without polluting the environment. It is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.
